One does not gain this knowledge to construct  the Relationship Agreement through being in a relationship

One gains the insights needed for the development of the relationship agreement through the multiple prisms of relationship analysis

- by running a singles seeking relationships group, the Sydney Singles Dinner Club (see links page) since 1978 and by running the Finding the One course,

- by being in the adversarial legal system and experiencing an unusual training in law, contract and tort, by being plaintiff in a classic unrelated settlement conversion/tort to contract swap case such as mine which has run for over 40 years,

- by the study of Law Therapy (see links page) which the case gave rise to and caused me to become actively involved in Law Therapy,

- by being involved in the setting up of business arrangements based on contract and

- by having a concerned  eye for the sorry state of marriage in that it is not a guaranteed solution for guaranteeing a lasting asset safe, risk averse and emotionally stable, stimulating and challenging relationship, as it is  failing in some 45% of cases and is greatly in need of a practical non theoretical overhaul.
